Ages 6 months – 3 yearsFor children with little to no experience. Learn to float, kick, and move through the water with growing confidence and safety.
Ages 3 – 6 yearsDeveloping swimmers refine their strokes, breathing technique, and endurance. Focus on freestyle and backstroke fundamentals.
Ages 6 – 12 yearsFor confident swimmers ready to master all four competitive strokes, flip turns, and build speed and stamina in the water.
